Sharon Isbin Unplugs

Well, this really reads as if she never even plugged in—

If the weather is good, a run is in order. I feel energized and invigorated and ready to face the day. I usually run for about 25 minutes. I go about two and a half miles, around 10:30, 11, as late as possible. I don’t even own, what do they call it, one of those iPod things?

There's more—

After dinner, I would probably get suckered into email on the computer and never emerge. I don’t usually have time to watch television, but if I do, it’s some nature show.

I am a person who loves serenity and quiet. I know that it’s my last grasp on that environment before the chaos of the week starts. To me, I really cherish it.
