Saw a post over on the Positivity blog that reminded me about what I was trying to get at here. If your memory is anything like mine it’s like a leaking bucket is a thought from a post titled "Why You Should Write Things Down." Memory is definitely an issue for me these days and I do find myself wanting to and needing to write more things down. Looking back has frequently helped me to reconstruct parts of my past, even if they're just random associations. One of the ideas that has intrigued me is working through The Artist's Way at Work again. I've done the exercises twice before but not kept up the discipline. A structured approach might help provide insight and recall.
