Falling was so simple, but it seems like getting my regular routine re-established is really hard. When I finally made it back to the gym for the first time today, I was amazed at all the choices I had to make and all the details I had forgotten—seat position, program length, even how to set the program details. I just set the program difficulty and length back a notch and rode. Without difficulty it turned out. It felt great. (Now let's see what it feels like in the morning.)
