Another Adventure

It's been a long time since I shared an image from rehab. Today's session was a real adventure—I was placed in a harness and suspended from the ceiling in a Zero G system. As I understood it, the system "relieved" me of 10% of my weight and prevented me from falling while I tried to learn to rely more on my right side, my affected side. I don't think I did anything so successfully as impersonating Frankenstein's monster—I was awkward as all get out—but I walked, and I walked without a cane. The session wore me out, and now the real work begins—remembering, replicating and refining the movements I learned outside the gym.
