A sad truth

My local NPR station has decided, ill-advisedly in my opinion, to cancel regular broadcsts of The Writers Almanac and Science Friday. Here's one reader reaction that might easily serve as a comment on the previous post.

@wamu885 no longer airing @scifri as of 10/2. Society is struggling w/ #facts vs #fakenews, especially re: #science. Bad news for the #DMV
